I usually take these with sleep aid to help me fall asleep faster but they're good for other stuff too. I have extreme social anxiety and these help with that and put you in a good mood as well.

I never believed supplements really did anything. I was wrong! Taking one of these is like taking a Vali um Im serious

I bought this medicine for the first time and I am pleased with the result, it does not cause unwanted effects, it gives me feel healthy and relax, it is tasteless.

The review required me to rate the energy level this gives me and the energy I was looking for was calm so I rated 5 stars because this definitely relaxes me.

As others have said, this is an incredible price for a product that works as well as the $50 a bottle Gaba that I first started using years ago. The thing with Gaba, however, and you should read up on it completely, is that only 20% of people can synthesize it- you need to have a "leaky blood-brain barrier" (ooh, that doesn't sound good) in order to have it cross into your brain and do it's magic as a neurotransmitter. I'm one of the lucky ones however. I take two capsules a day, 12 hours apart, with one of them an hour before bedtime. Yes! It produces a remarkable calm, and will enable you to not be so reactive to others, if you're the kind of person who bristles at others' comments and dives in headlong. It allows you those extra moments to stop and consider. Better than meditation! It also boosts alpha waves and thus creativity; as a songwriter this has been marvelous. At night it creates crazy wonderful dreams... you won't necessarily remember them any better than regular dreams, but if you do get into the habit of keeping a notepad or voice recorder by your bed, you're going to have fun. Dreams are so so rich- I've started recounting a dream and more and more details come out, and I'll be describing it for 15 minutes! That's never happened before... I can't think of any negative for Gaba- other than you're probably one of the 80% of folks who won't feel a thing, because it's not getting to your brain. Nothing you can do about that. My wife has bipolar and ran out of her medz but after researching and listening to other people about taking this we were curious if it would work for her. So my wife thought well its better than nothing and to help us out with her moods she started taking this and my oh my what a difference it was for her now she takes it on a daily basis.

Too much stress in my life but probably no more than anyone else. I tried this and didn't realize how good it worked until I didn't take it and I was a mess. I take it in the afternoon and it relaxes me enough all through till bedtime. I don't think it's making me tired but I have never taken it earlier in the day.

This GABA, at 750mg, worked more effective than other brands at lower dosage. I tried other GABA but this GABA works best.

I don't know why the reviews were so positive because it's the opposite of the way they did me. Horrible. They caused me terrible anxiety, anger and nervous irribilness gave me high blood pressure which I never had in my whole life. I quit taking them. Waist my money. Don't take them! Never will I ever take another supplement again. That goes for vitamins too. They all hurt me. I'll stick with what God gave me and just eat and do right.
