Alessi Di Modena Balsamic Vinegar, 8.5 fl. oz.

I liked the cap where you could shake it out so you didn't flood your dish like I've done before. I'm typically not a fan of balsamic vinegar, but this was smooth, no bitterness, perfect acidity, the taste was great and I will choose this brand in the future.

Alessi Di Modena Balsamic Vinegar is Smooth and not acidic tasting! We use it in salads. I have tried many other brands, this one is the right acidic balance. Also tastes refreshing / smooth with olive oil and seasonings. I also appreciate the price- reasonable! I recommend Alessi Di Modena Balsamic vinegar!!!

This balsamic vinegar tastes great and is also reasonably priced. It also worked perfectly to make balsamic glaze. Some balsamic vinegars never reduce down to a glaze because of their ingredients but Alessi works great. Highly recommend.

It was excellent the entire dinner party loved the sandwiches. The bigger sandwiches were great. We had a fabulous time.

This is not balsamic vinegar. This is red wine vinegar with enough grape must added to make it dark. False advertising

I love Balsamic vinegar, esp for caprese salad. This was very watery in consistency and had no flavor. Sad because I like this company's other products.
