love this product. all natural. gets you to sleep fast. no grogginess when you awake. price is great. the valarian has a pungent odor but it's all good.

I have adhd which so wonderfully comes with insomnia and I don't like taking melatonin by itself because it never works and gives me restless leg but I bought my son a sleep supplement from hiya that actually helped him so I was looking for one with similar ingredients that would hopefully help me so I found this. It actually helps a little bit! If I don't take it I'll be up until 12am-2am and when I take it I'll fall asleep between 10:30-11:30 and to some that might not seem like a big deal but for someone who has had insomnia for 20 years it's amazing

I have insomnia and most melatonin supplements say that they are not for long term use. I've been using these herbal alternatives before bed and they work very well.

Amazing Formulas Sleep Support is exactly that, AMAZING. I take two capsules and within 20 minutes I am yawning, then drifting off to dream land. I wake feeling refreshed, not at all drowsy. This is a great product.

This sleep supplement is a great price for the quantity. They work fairly well but I sometimes need to take a small additional amount of melatonin to get better results. They are not as effective as other brands that I've tried. They would be great for someone with minimal sleep issues.

I had doubts about the efficacy of this product, but I went to sleep quickly and woke up refreshed. This is a keeper!

All the supplements to achieve a restful sleep without stimulants or pm type sleep aids. recommend trying for restful zzz's.
