Athletic Works Resistance Bands, Light, Natural Latex, 40inx0.5in, Teal

These are nice and well made. My PT gave me the thin kind they use. I bought theirs home and within a week of using at home it broke. I bought two of the purple ones from Walmart. I have used these a lot and do not feel they would break. I looped both of mine to a pole to do my exercises. I am able to achieve all my exercises I am to do, and not have to worry about the exercise band breaking and hitting me, which hurts. These are very nice and I like the weight and the strength of them.

This workout resistance stretches easily controlled .THE durability is a lot to be desired. I carry the resistance belt when I travel .The belt light-weight takes up no space .

This resistance band is a perfect workout companion! Nice size and the right amount of resistance to make you feel as if you got what you paid for. I use daily on my legs for toning and especially my arms for toning. It amps up just a regular work out video in the best way possible.

A quality resistance band. This has the proper elasticity and resistance. This band compares to a "black" band with the common color scheme of red, black, purple and green. It appears to be a maroon color. A very useful size if one knows what to do with it...

These bands are great. These bands are thick and not thin. I like the bands because they come all in one unit. I dont have to worry about finding different bands to put up and keep up with. I cant do to many work outs. I have rods in my back so i have to have some thing easy to do but work out the body and exercise. I found out this helps out a lot it really works my legs and arms and i like that a lot.

I've only used this one a couple of times as I am still building strength up. It is well made and thick.
