What a great seasoning! My first time buying but will be a repeat user. The possibilities are endless, and it doesn't leave a bitter or strange aftertaste. Recommend.

I think I saw 1 5 star review and no ther reviews. I am inclined to agree with the reviewer who said it's their main spice, now. I actually sprinkled some on my hand to lick it and see if I like it. It hasn't got a powerful smell but the taste is super flavorful without being overpowering. It'saddictive even in the palm of your hand. It's going to be my 1 of 2 favorites. The other is a spice blend. But this will likely be a meat total replacement for individual soup I make just for myself occasionally, consisting of bouillon, dried veggies, and quick noodles when I don't need to cook a big meal. I am so glad I queried "ham bouillon powder." It's going to turn up mac and cheese a notch. Pretty much everything. Hash browns, scrambled eggs. YES!!! It's a game changer.

The taste is good ( not great ) but I haven't bought another brand to compare. It does taste like bacon but I'm still trying to nail down the exact amount to use in the dishes I'm making with it. I do wish it dissolved a bit better and did not clump. If you are adding it to a liquid it takes a bit of whisking to get it dissolved with no clumps. Overall I think it is a good value for the price.

The flavor is weaker than i thought. still using it but i just wish it was stronger.

I use this stuff all of the time. But the bottle top was broken off and there's no way to close it so it gets all clumped together. It's convenient for seasoning but they need to fix the packaging.
