Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, 16 oz Bag

I love the fact I can purchase this seed in a large bag for future usage convenience! I am actually primarily using this item in a hair growth %26 thickness improving recipe that I received so all I can say is that it combined with all the other ingredients really easily and appeared to do its job nicely.

I have been using this product for years because of the dietary benefits - omega 3s, fiber, etc. It can be consumed alone, with liquids or solid foods. It's very versatile.

Like all the Bob's Red Mill products, the quality is outstanding. Flax seeds are evenly and completely milled, no wads of unground seeds. The packaging actually seals at the top. Would recommend and will continue to buy this product.

I'm going to say like this brand but I preferred the same brand but different flavor not much of a cinnamon roll flavor. But it's ok just like the chocolate and chocolate chip one for me .

Bob's Red Mill products are always a winner with me. Their Flaxseed Meal is a great healthy topping to any yogurt or oatmeal, especially for the benefit of extra fiber.

Nice to have pre ground flax seed. Great taste and texure. The resealable velcro type bag is awesome. I keep mine in the fridge. Gluten free certified. I ise this in recipes, and as an egg replacer as well. Whole flaxseed is thr only ingredient.

This is a great product for a great price. I usually put some in oatmeal. It has a light nutty taste. I've had the bag for months and still plenty left. I take it for the health benefits.

I basically use my flaxseed in smoothies. I do plan to start using it in my baking.
