Bob's Red Mill, Gluten Free Brownie Mix, 21 oz Resealable Plastic Bag

I bought and baked these brownies for a football watching event. They were a huge hit. No one knew they were GF except the one granddaughter who needs GF food. Thanks a bunch.

This is the most awesome brownie!! I always make it with coconut oil. Add chopped almonds and it tastes like a mounds bar. Add a quarter teaspoon of mint extract and it tastes like a thin mint!!!

Most gluten free brownie mixes leave something to be desired in the taste and texture department, but not with Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Brownie Mix. Highly recommended, & a great price!

I just made this mix. Very yummy flavor. However I don't make it with full amount of butter. I use LF margarine 1/2 amount and 1/2 applesauce to reduce fat content. I need to buy GF, LF and lower fat. I also use lite cool whip instead of ice cream. So the recipe is adaptable for me. Many thanks.

These were absolutely delish! Served to my card club girls & they all raved & couldn't believe they were gluten free! Would love to see this mix made with a natural, low calorie sweetener instead of sugar. If anyone can figure that out, BRM can! Maybe even make the mix without sweetener & let us add our own! ( Monkfruit, Allulose, Swerve)

I just made these for the first time. They turned out great. Very moist and fudgy; although I did cook them a little longer than recommended. The toothpick still had too much batter on it. I added coconut flakes. I think the next time I will add some chocolate chips and nuts. You cannot tell they are gluten free!

Was a little hesitant at first, because the mixture was so thick. I mixed all of the ingredients, per the directions, put the mixture in the center of the brownie pan and covered with a sheet of parchment. Then used my hands on top of the parchment to spread the mixture evenly to the edges of the pan. Surprisingly baked evenly and the edges got a little crispy, the way I like it. Delicious flavor and chewy texture. If you found the batter to be unusually thick, give it another chance and try my method with the parchment paper to spread the mixture before baking.

I picked this up on impulse, thinking it might be good to have around. Sure enough I got a craving for chocolate and this mix was the only chocolate we had in the house, so I baked brownies. These are among the best brownies I have ever had. I can't take credit since there are only three ingredients, but it seems I got the bake time just right. I used an 8x8 pan and baked at 325 degrees for 35 mins. They are delicious and very fudgy. I will be purchasing this mix again :)

The texture and flavor of this product are both excellent! I made it for the first time today. However, as someone who has to monitor my sugar intake, it just has TOO MUCH SUGAR. 38% of the daily recommended MAXIMUM in each brownie. For all the concern Bob's shows for health, surely you are aware of the dangers of sugar. Would you please market this product as either sugar free (i.e., add your own!) or reduced? Otherwise it is perfect.

These actually made me feel sick afterward, they tasted way too sweet and contained an absurd amount of sugar. The recipe is also off because the middle of the brownie will not cook through, resulting in a crumbly mess. I used to think Bob's Red Mill is in the healthier side, but this is definitely changing my view.
