My baking came out light and fluffy and the flour felt smooth and easy to work with. Definitely a good quality of great from the regular flour I usually buy.

This is unbleached and unbromelated. Look up bromelation to see why this matters. The flour also makes a far better baked good than the cheaper varieties.

Rec'd 1 pkg damaged in a plastic bag with a box cutter slit. The other 3 pkgs were omitted at shipment. Sent message of damage and omitted pkgs and no shipping adjustment or refund was given. I reached out to CS and after a lengthy call, I was issued a refund. CS stated the company wanted the damaged goods back, complying, but it seems stupid to return flour they will simply put in the trash.
