This item turned out to be much bigger %26 strong sturdy lock box. I can tell this will last for many years. I would highly recommend it to others

It's a decent design but I'd like some hooks inside for keys. The keys just lay in the empty inside box and fall down into the hinge when you try to close it and get damaged, or damage the lockbox.

As a Realtor, having a secure place to store keys is essential and I feel like these are pretty good quality. Reason for only 4 stars is the online price and store price varied by $10 each and I was buying multiples. Clerk had to go in a room and ask someone and then we had to wait on him to come out to say yes we can match Walmart prices. Employees should already know this!! Wasted 15 minutes of my time and I was in a hurry!

This is a really good key lock box for the price. Other than the plastic casing being flimsy which I broke off, the box in itself is quite functional.

The combination numbers are too small for people with eye site problems. Reset is also hard to use.

The lock is worthless, it's built so poorly that it broke in less than a month. We set up the box and when a couple people used it, the pieces of plastic broke, so we had to use a saw and cut it to remove it from the door. I would definitely NOT waste time and money and this.

I set the PIN according to the instructions. Later, I was able to open the lockbox using the PIN, but did not put the key in it (I need to have another key made first). I then shut the lockbox. Unfortunately, I had to go to the hospital then for a lengthy stay. Upon returning home, I tried to open the lockbox, but it would not open. I have tried several times, but still not able to open it. I am disappointed in Brinks - what a waste of money!

Might be able to give this a review if I had received it. It was a delivery from the store and the "wonderful" driver delivered it to the wrong place, so I never got it. Can't Walmart hire people that know how to read? So mad, this is not the first time they delivered to the wrong address. Yes Walmart does issue credit but then you have to reorder and hope you get it. Such a pain. Getting tired of it all.

Have only had this key box since April 27th and already broken where numbers entered. I want to return this or get a replacement

Not durable. Cheap quality. Currently stuck on my door, jammed with spare keys inside but unable to open.
