After listening to a Joe Rogan podcast, he endorsed a product of high potency magnesium. After looking up the benefits of magnesium oxide and how much we normally don't get I can honestly say it has been a life changer. It makes me feel complete. It reseted my metabolic clock and surprisingly reduced urges and cravings, go figure. Excellent product!

MY Dr. had me go on Magnesium Oxide High Potency 400 mg-100 for there months. I won't know the results until a visit to the lab for blood work.and after my doctor's appointment for the results. All I can say they are working great. I know longer have muscles hurting. .I chose Bronson vitamins because you have capsule form. I cannot take the pills, they don't go down my throat easy. I've been taking magnesium supplements for many years. My usual brand is a very large dark pill. These are a regular sized white capsule that is much easier to swallow.

I liked that these were vegetarian capsules. I have purchased other Bronson products and have not been disappointed with the quality or results.

The magnesium tablets are kind of big. The older is no after taste when you take them.

I never received these pills. Walmart was contacted but no resolution. Please refund my money as I never received them
