Great product for me.
I am on a lot of medications and one of them gives me muscle cramps in my hands, leg calves, feet and sometimes in my ribs even. I have to take the medication for the rest of my life, so I added Magnesium first, then turned to potassium chloride. It worked instantaneously almost and I haven't had any cramps since.
