I have arthritus in my fingers. This does give me relief, but it did take a short timevfor me to feel relief.

I am finding this brand of Sam-e to be active, of very good quality. I never tried this brand before, although I have been taking Sam-e for decades. This purchase was less expensive, and yet works up to optimum strength.

I used this supplement several years ago and I'm not sure why I quit using it. I'm so glad to say that I felt the difference in a matter of a few days after taking this supplement. Especially in my back and knees. It is not a miracle cure but it is well worth the price and has noticeable benefit in a short amount of time.

I've been taking Sam-e for years. It's a great product. I'm thrilled to find it in bulk at a lower price.

I'm not a fan of this in capsule form, but I've taken SamE for years, and it's fantastic.

Bought because of lower price. But Joint Pain became much more noticeable so Am Returning to “Spring Valley”.

purchased Feb 2025, within 4 months the product inside the capsules turned hard. container didn't contain a moisture packet, but I didn't question it. reached out to the seller, but no response in 4 weeks. I have a lot of products from this company, but I will not purchase this one again.

Not sure if the company sold old outdated medication or if they used subpar ingredients or the preservatives they used were below standard. Eather way i wouldn't trust them. For all i know they don't have anything in them that there supposed to have.
