Good for your health!
Cinnamon is one of the best spice. Good for the heart health and blood sugar adding biotin and chromium . I researched this before I purchased the best products 🤗

No operation need, Thank You!
I am disabled and need both knees replaced but chose no operations so I live with pain especially when I stand or walk. I syarted taking these and they have allowed me to have less knee pain, be able to be more active within 2 weeks of taking them. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. I told a friends about my results and shes in worse condition Iam, one is also disabled, cant walk, the other is a trucker and suffers from work related knee pain. They both started taking them and both have experienced less pain and thank me daily. One even noticed a huge difference wothin 3 days!
