Cuisinart Specialty Appliances Kitchen Pro Food Slicer

I really like this food slicer. So far is working great for what I wanted it for. I like to smoke turkey breast and beef to make my own deli style lunch meats and this has worked great for that. I also use it for slicing cheese. It is simple to use and easy to take apart to clean. I' d recommend for sure.

Size good for our small counter space. Does not slide, sets firm on counter while in use. Easy to assemble; clean and reassemble. Cuts great. Adjuster knob readily accessible & moves easily to cut various sizes. Have had no issues. Very pleased.

We bought this slicer primarily for homemade bread. So far, it does an excellent and quick job of an entire loaf. Before we purchased this, we were using a little manual slicer with measured slots, and this new electric one takes about one tenth of the time! Highly recommended,

I love it. Not only does it cut perfect slices, it is so much safer than me cutting my freshly baked breads by hand. Simple to use, safe to use and very satisfying to get my breads cut evenly, quickly and safely.

Needed a slicer for turkey breast and eye of round roasts. Family is fond of sandwiches. I wasn't sure if this product was going to satisfy our needs since I wasn't looking for a commercial slicer just one to use once every week or so. Well, it is one of the best purchases we've ever made. Not only easy to use but relatively easy to clean. Haven't had any problems using it on beef eye of round roasts and turkey breasts. Being able to slice the meat into desired thin portions that can be layered on toasted sandwich rolls my family likes them better than restaurant sandwiches. If you're looking for a casual appliance to compliment your kitchen tools I'd highly recommend this product. Great value for the price.

This meat slicer more than met my expectations. Very easy to use slices consistent thickness of meat.

The slicer is works well and is a great at home small appliance for the price. The adjustable width doesn't stay true to size as slicing so that is a bit frustrating.

I have a problem slicing meatloaf thin enough for use on sandwiches with a knife and cutting board. Using this slicer, I was able to slice the last meatloaf thin enough. Also, we had a store with a butcher who could slice sirloin butt thin enough to use for steak sandwiches; however, he retired and we have been unable to find one who could slice properly. I was able to purchase a roast and slice it properly.
