Good product to take with you if your traveling where you don't have access to a gym. Will work in a pinch. The down side is that the instructions %26 recommended exercise's are printed with a low quality resolution that it's hard to read %26 see pictures. Manufacturer needs to invest a little more in a printer or at offer a link to a portal for a diverse of recommended exercises a consumer may do it the bands.

These resistance bands are easy to use, and unlike several other kits on here, come with two handles, a door anchor, and ankle straps. I often find myself traveling without my home exercise equipment, and these are light and easy to pack in my luggage!

Really excellent resistance bands! The quality is great so far - I use them both for Rowing and Overhead pulls. I use the attachment to hold them inside the door frame and so far, they have put up with all my abuse as I pull them as hard as I can. I am working my way up to using all of them at once, but right now I am using the 10,20,30 and 40 lb bands and using them all together is difficult but they hold strong! I am 6'4'', so using these for overhead is a bit difficult but it works great from a sitting position. If you are looking for some affordable resistance bands that will hold up to some tough use, I definitely recommend these!

it is just what i had expected. only better, consdering the reasonable price. i was looking for strong, easy to grip resistance bands and that's exactly what i got. if needed, i will definitely be ordering more. shipment was also very quick.

(Received BalanceFrom Bands with a warranty card, colors / resistances were switched around but same total resistance and same number of bands, so no Problem) (I think... or I mixed up with my other bands...) Great price, and work great so far, no noticeable wear I've used probably a several hundred stretches over the course of a few weeks, early in their lifetime but good so far. (I have not tested their resistance levels for accuracies btw)

I bought these when I was traveling so I had something to work with when I couldn't get to a gym. The bands themselves are fine. The handles not so much, after just a couple days the attachment from the hand hold to the bands came apart. I may have just gotten a defective one but just beware. I use the bands still just with a different handle that I already had at home.

I ordered the piece and revived the 9 (less handles and no jump rope). It would be nice if the bands were labeled, but they are decent quality.

Two times the 16 piece product was ordered and both times I received the 10 piece set. The order form and delivery form both say the 16 set was delivered. Not happy. Returned the first set because I thought someone mixed up the order. Two times seems intentional. The items themselves are fine.

The resistance bands feel very weak and fragile. The material quality is poor and does not provide proper resistance for workouts. I am not satisfied with the product.

My "16-piece set" was missing SEVEN items, and what I did receive was dirty and obviously used. Some bands showed more use than others. I tried multiple ways to contact the seller, but they were unreachable. Don't order this set!
