Dr ordered more iron so these work better than the stool binding iron supplements and didn't bother my tummy either. Worth the price for 20% iron per serving. Hint after you eat NON HEME IRON meaning it's not from meats, chicken or fish mske sure you eat sometbing with vitamin C. I eat these and Walmarts frozen blueberries right after it carries the iro n faster thru your system

This is the first time I've purchased shelled pumpkin seeds. This brand has uniform sized seeds and they are packed in a strong plastic zip-lock bag. To retain freshness. This is a quality product and the seeds are yummy in my salads. And right now they are on sale!

Usually fine. Last bag I purchased were spoiled / rancid. Now I have to hassle with a return, not to mention the price is up $3 since buying it I'll now have to pay for the replacement.

If I'd known these pumpkin seeds were a product of China, I would not have bought them. They may have been packaged in the States but come from China. I will not buy them again.
