Mounted directly onto birch panels and appears to float in front of the wall like an alien object. Gold finish, looks great with birch raw panels. very easy to use, easy to install...no complaints here.
Easy to install and looks sleek. Overall lots more options for control than my previous thermostat. I like the included additional temperature sensor for control, but it is impossible for a thermostat to overcome the wild temperature differences room to room in my house. Make sure you keep your expectations realistic on what temp variations it can control.
I like the app and its functions. We don't use its pro features but for what i need it for it is just perfect. One thing I wish there are more farsight options custom pictures customizations etc
It can be controlled by Siri and Alexa voice.
A great upgrade for your home, I’ve been using Nest thermostat for the past 15 years
Beauty and functionality, a great upgrade from the Gen 3 units. I have a number of Gen 3 Nests, and needed more, so purchased the Gen 4 . Easy to set up, easy to use
Ordered 2 NEST Gen 4 polished obsidian but received 1 obsidian and 1 silver. The silver box did not have the mounting bracket for the device. Had to go through the return process and bought another obsidian device. Hopefully it has all the required parts. I had the HVAC folks come out to install it which incurred a cost and will need them to come back out when I receive the device just ordered. So additional costs and time out of my day/week.
This arrived in a box that had already been opened. It wasn’t clear from the description that this would be the case. The product itself is reasonable, navigation could be improved, and it’s expensive for what it does. Given some prior versions of Google Nest thermostats will no longer be supported from Sept, we didn’t have much choice but to upgrade.
I received broken sealed product. Box was damaged
The item came as damaged. Contacted the seller for return, but no response so i had to contact walmart. Walmart told me to return it in person at their store, but deny and said this needs to be return online. I contacted walmart and said they will send me a return label, but never did. Contacted walmart again and said they will refund you without returning. waited over 10 days and still no refund. Contacted them again and they said they will refund within 10 days... been doing this for couple of months and the same process continues... this is the worst experience ever!!!
