Cornmeal porridge.
I went to Jamaica and had cornmeal porridge and can't get enough of it. I did find cups of the stuff where you add water but it's a bit on the pricey side. I used this cornmeal, sugar, powdered mild and spices and made a huge batch of the mix. Now I scoop out however much I want, add twice the water, stir, let it sit and eat.

it crumbles, cant make arepa
they changed the ingredients or something. u can't make arepas with this anymore. it literally doesn't shape up

Has a good taste, texture is NOT good for cornbread, maybe for other things, but NOT cornbread.

Don't wast your time, get the real deal
This is a knock off of the original Harina PAN for arepas and you can tell. Don't waste your money and stick to the brand one.
