Good Aid for Digestion.
this stuff really helps digest food. it's made into a kind of candy in India that people eat after meals, but I just chew a few of these seeds after eating. They ran out of it though! I'm currently waiting for it to come back into stock.

Fragrant spice
When I first open the jar, it was very fragrant anise has a licorice smell to it, and it has a licorice flavor that it adds to baked goods and boy was it first quality spice.

The main thing I use this for is to pop a dime size amount in my mouth after a meal, it is great for digestion and leaves a cleaned pallet. Why I buy fennel seed as well.

I use it with anise extract every time I make pizzelles for a boost of flavor

These anise seeds are not as flavorful as what they should be. I don't know if it is the specific type or what is affecting the taste. The taste seems to be very indistinct. I often bake with anise.

Ordered from Walmart, not delivered as promised X 2, then after 2 more days the order was canceled by the store. 3 broken promises, another delay and just canceled by store.
