I got this product for my birthday. I absolutely love it in everyway. It was delivered on time, and the product was packaged securely. No damages. The one I wanted was from kitchen aid company, but when I got this one, I would not trade. It came with everything on the picture. Its all metal, which makes it more durable. The price is great if one is on a budget. My husband picked an amazing product. Just love it. Oh and it comes with a recipe book. I would recommend this product, defiantly!

I've been looking for a quality stand mixer for a couple years. I was seriously thinking of getting a Kitchenaid but thought they were over priced. I have other Hamilton Beach appliances and have found them to be of good quality and fairly priced. The silver color fits perfectly in my kitchen.

This mixer seems capable of mixing anything she wants to make and it is well thought out. Very smooth operation, quieter than her smaller mixer, good speed control and robust construction for a long life are the things she wanted in this mixer and she seems very pleased with it. The only thing missing was a nice cover that includes pouches for the attachments, but she is now making one which will have all the pockets she needs ~ plus the padded material to match other appliance covers in her kitchen. This machine seems very well constructed and operates very smooth for a long life, but time will tell the truth. We hope it runs as good in 5 years as it does now, and that will win it a true blue ribbon!

I've had this mixer for just a couple of weeks and so far I'm loving it. I've made cookies twice, using the paddle; made cinnamon buns with the dough hook (kneaded for 6 minutes); and I whipped cream using the whisk. The mixer handled everything with ease. This mixer has a heavy, solid feel and impressive power. All this for a very reasonable price. I wish I'd bought it sooner.

I was saddened very quickly when I saw that most mixers were way out of my families budget range ($250 and up). I had given up when I saw some mixers that were being sold at Walmart online and was so ecstatic when I saw this mixer! I immediately told my mom and we purchased it without questioning due to really high ratings. Not only do you get more watts from this machine but the accessories, the pouring shield and a 3 year warranty. What more could you ask? I even got a better price for my favorite color - White! I got value shipping and it came earlier, well packaged and everything. Give this mixer a try and it will surely surpass your expectations. Well known brands step aside, you have met your match!

I had a Kitchen Aid mixer which mixed well, but the attachments were poor quality and did not perform well so I took it back and ordered the Hamilton Beach mixer. It is all metal and comes in several different colors. The mixer performs well and I would have given it 5 stars except mine has a blemish under the clear coat. The mixer attachments are the same as the Kitchen Aid attachment blades and seem to be good quality.

The stand mixer is wonderful :D I can't say enough good things about it. I have had it for 2 days and I am in love,but the getting it here is another story altogether. When the box came,it was opened and folded back shut and that was the bottom of the box. I don't know if someone got lazy at shipping or if UPS just goes through people's boxes during this season,but I was appalled. better to go to the store and know your merchandise has not been pawed over by someone else.

Great mixer, reliable. My mother had a Hamilton Beach mixer for years with no problems. Beautiful red color and style is pleasing to the eye. Price was reasonable. If you are just wanting a good basic mixer and not wanting all the other attachments such as pasta maker, sausage grinder, etc. then this is a great buy.
