I made banana bread, also oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. The stainless steel bowl is very lightweight. Handy handle. I love how it sits down in the base and turns to lock in. The splatter shield kept everything in the bowl along with the pouring spout made adding ingredients very slick. Love Love Love the red. Quiet, powerful, beautiful. "Just like me" said my husband. I think his sweet talk is a ploy for more treats.

Just got my new mixer and have only used it once so still getting used to it at this point. I love the silver color and the simplicity of operation of the mixer. Not so complicated that it is difficult to use. I mixed up a stiff batch of cookies and it seemed to handle it with ease. Will take some time and use to really determine if it has enough power for different textures but it seemed to be right up there with higher priced models which I can't afford to buy. Color choice was nice and three year warranty also appreciated. Hope I don't ever have to use it. I had a Hamilton Beach mixer 50 years ago when I was first married and I loved it so I hope I feel the same way about this product.

Bought this for my wife as a gift and it far exceeds our expectations, has a lot of power but is very quiet easy to use and is more powerful than the Kitchen Aid model we were going to buy but found too expensive for us at this time. Very impressed and it comes with a 3 year warranty!

We ordered it from Walmart for her birthday, as she loves to make baked foods and her old mixer just wasn't up to the task of mixing heavier dough. This mixer seems capable of mixing anything she wants to make and it is well thought out. Very smooth operation, quieter than her smaller mixer, good speed control and robust construction for a long life are the things she wanted in this mixer and she seems very pleased with it. The only thing missing was a nice cover that includes pouches for the attachments, but she is now making one which will have all the pockets she needs ~ plus the padded material to match other appliance covers in her kitchen. This machine seems very well constructed and operates very smooth for a long life, but time will tell the truth. I'm completely thrilled with this mixer. Wanted a stand mixer for years and have been struggling along with a hand mixer because I can't afford the "popular" brand. The slow even speed is perfect for creaming butter and sugar, etc. and the higher speeds make short work of whipping and thorough mixing. The 400 watt motor has plenty of power to handle heavy dough - made the best pizza dough ever without throwing my back out kneading for 10 minutes. This is all metal and seems to be built to last. A top of the line unit at a price well below the entry-level, 225 watt Kitchen Aid. Looks nice on the counter, too. 100% pleased.

I've been looking for a quality stand mixer for a couple years. I was seriously thinking of getting a Kitchenaid but thought they were over priced. I have other Hamilton Beach appliances and have found them to be of good quality and fairly priced. The silver color fits perfectly in my kitchen.

I had a Kitchen Aid mixer which mixed well, but the attachments were poor quality and did not perform well so I took it back and ordered the Hamilton Beach mixer. It is all metal and comes in several different colors. The mixer performs well and I would have given it 5 stars except mine has a blemish under the clear coat. The mixer attachments are the same as the Kitchen Aid attachment blades and seem to be good quality.

Great mixer, reliable. My mother had a Hamilton Beach mixer for years with no problems. Beautiful red color and style is pleasing to the eye. Price was reasonable. If you are just wanting a good basic mixer and not wanting all the other attachments such as pasta maker, sausage grinder, etc. then this is a great buy.

I have used a 1950 Hamilton Beach stand mixer without a problem for YEARS!!!! Decades!!!!!! Other than a new set of beaters it runs like a champ with all attachments-(like a Kitchen Aid). But it's time for new beaters so I thought I'd get a new Hamilton Beach since the old one has held up so well. I preferred the model 63221 as described when I ordered. But as each window popped up it during the ordering process it became something else. I ended up with model 63232. The beater does not meet the edge of the mixing bowl. I had to Stop and scrap often. Low speed sounds horrendous ! Grinding terrible. And this was on boxed cake mix. I'm not sure if I'll keep it. It has a 3 year warranty but really I don't think it will last a month.
