I had to switch to an autoimmune protocol diet but after awhile you start to miss some foods. Tigernuts are allowed and using this flour I was able to make recipes AIP allowed (like tigernut butter) to replace old recipes. This flour is a bit gritty compared to normal flour. Overall, a good price %26 product.
Just started on the AIP Diet
It came pretty quick . I had not used this flour before. It's actually very good. It mixed in well. I'm glad I could buy a smaller amount of it as well. I was very pleased. I would buy again.
Great price, glad to know I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for something I need.
loved this product to make Tigernut Butter -- just add a bit of oil and whir in a blender --
Tastes great for making pancakes, I just wish it would come back in stock!!
Five stars for the qualiy. I removed tqo for the insane price hike. This product makes baked goods for the AIP diet light and fluffy. Taste is amazing. Unfortunately, the $11 price hike has put this out of my budget and I can no longer afford to purchase tigernut flour from this seller. it was a daily staple, so I am pretty disappointed. Thrive Market has one pound of tigernut flour for about $10, so if I have a special occasion to bake for, I'll be ordering through them here on out.
The powder is tasty and all, but is gritty, like sand mixed in it. I asked the company via email if that is how it is supposed to be and received no reply. Wouldn't by again: instead, might buy the dried root and find a way to remove the hard covering.
