While I haven't been able to use it yet (my KitchenAid mixer requires repair), the grinder's quality and construction is every bit as good as I had hoped. I am puzzled that the grinder blade doesn't have sharp edges, but I'll see whether that or not that affects its use as soon as I'm able to try it.

I bought this to grind chicken breasts and thighs for burgers. Love it. Very easy to use but clean-up can be a hassle. Make sure you clean every nook and cranny. I washed by hand then threw it in the dishwasher for a 2nd washing to ensure all the meat was gone. Because of the washing, I will probably gring large batches at a time and then freeze. Overall, I like it and I am glad I bought it for myself as almost an impulse rather than waiting and adding to my Christmas list.

I had been wanting a meat grinder attachment for my Kitchen Aid for a while. With the rising prices of ground beef I finally got one. It works well, it is easy to use. Not all meat is ground beef (still figuring out the fat ratio) but I'll figure it out. :) good buy, if you're on the fence get one it is worth it!

Only use this grinder to grind up meat. Definitely was not happy when the bolt snapped. And can't even get replacement parts for it. It worked very well and was so convenient for the few times it did work. Only got a handful of uses out of it before one of the bolts snapped.

We have used this grinder to process meat. Today, it broke. One of the bolts that holds it all together broke and now we have a whole bunch of meat that we can't grind up. Definitely not happy with this! I wish I could add pictures but when I click on "Add images", nothing happens.
