pain free sleep.
works very well for muscle cramps as long as you don't drink caffeine . and it helps me sleep better to. i highly recommend this to anyone who has trouble with sleeping and muscle cramps. ill be ordering more when needed.

Softgels melt in summer
The softgels were much bigger than expected. Don't order these in the summer. It was 120 degrees F the day they came in the mail and the softgels fused into one big softgel, sticking together. After prying them apart they work really well though. Just don't order them in the summer.

OMG!
When I opened the bottle, it smelled like pure bleach! They are going in the trash because it is inconvenient for me to return them! Has anyone else had this happen?
