I didn't expect to start to feel a bit more energized since I started taking them. Its been only a couple of weeks but I feel way better than before. Even my husband (who is a hard buy) started taking them with me and says feels less fatigued. I am buying some more for my parents and in-laws.
My husband hasn't had tension headaches triggered by work stress since taking this. The other b-complexes doesn't work as good as this. And pretty good price from here. Anywhere else its $10+.
I used to get it at Target, but since Walmart made Charmin toilet paper avlb online/delivery, I decided to order it from Walmart online as well.
I do wish these were a bit less expensive [and easier to find], but I notice a positive difference in my sleep, energy, and metabolism [including boosts in desired weight loss] while taking these daily. I have Asperger's issues, and these really help me with that, and improve my general health and wellbeing. It is suggested [though yet to be proven] that the boost in zinc, which supplements like this one offer, is beneficial to cellular and immune health which is even more critical during cold
I love this product because it helps me supply the B vitamins that I can not always get from food. B complex is a group of b vitamins that improves the nervous system function and other systems as well. I take this vitamin for almost 1 year and I can feel improvement. Recommend this product but only if approved by your doctor.
Great vitamins Happy to take them
what can I say about a supplement ? well the stress and zinc is better and b vitamins are always a good idea and this is a good name !! and for tenth million time stop the bubble wrap !!!!
B-complex is a daily for me as is B-12 alone. When I saw this combo, I bought a bunch. The only days I don't have this is when I need Zicam or really the Walmart brand. Love this hard to find item.
I love Nature Made, but the Mega Dose is not something I'm looking for. I literally broke these pills into 3 parts, just to bring down the dose to around 200%. Unless you're not Eating At All, you don't need 833% of anything in one Pill [The dose of Thiamine]. The Vit C [556%], Riboflavin [769%], Niacin [625%], and B12 [500%] are just too much for 1 pill. I didn't take too much time to break down the pills, but I'm not signing up for that when I can just buy a lower dose B complex.
Check the dosages. Some values are more than 800% of recommended daily intake. I understand that these are water soluble and may be difficult for some people to absorb but this pill contains unnecessarily and irresponsibly massive quantities of these vitamins and minerals. I cut each pill into thirds ( dont need a pill cutter, a basic flat edge knife works fine ) and only take one third of a pill each day with a meal and glass of water. If you do take the whole pill it will turn your urine bright green, because these massive dosages are being peed out rather than absorbed due to extreme excess. I wonder if this may put any strain on your kidneys? Either way, if you plan to take this... cut up the pills and TAKE SMALLER DOSES! Taking extra or even taking a whole pill will do nothing for you as water soluble b-vitamins cannot be stored in the body but rather just need to be taken daily or every other day in small to moderate doses.
