Great immune supplement

A hreat combination of vitamins and minerals at a time when the are really needed. This combination was highly reccomended by my doctor, both to help my immunity against colds and the flu but also Covid-19. I wish they cost less, but they're a tough act to beat!

I like the vitamin/mineral content even tho' the tablet is too big! I know a lot of studies dispute the effectiveness of vitamins, but I take a select few daily and I have not been sick for well over a year !

Hard to find in stores. Love the ingredients they incorporate especially Zinc which is important with vitamin C
