Best form of Vitamin C
I have been using this product for years. I love the time release. It allows me to get the benefits of vitamin c throughout the day. This brand is the only one that has stayed consistent through the years. Never change it!

This dosage of vitamin C daily is helpful to the immune system, and especially important during vold and flu season. The timed release assures your body uses all the vitamin C.

Worth the expense
I used to take 1000mg of the cheapest vitamin c. It wasn't until I switched to nature made with rose hips that I quit getting colds and infections. Worth the price. Highly recommend.
