Nature's Bounty Melatonin Sleep Aid Tablets, 3 Mg, 120 Quick Dissolve Tablets

I have used and trusted Natures Bounty vitamin D3 for decades and I’ll continue these for eternity! My Vitamin D levels are excellent and I want to continue that! I use 2000 iu and that’s all I’ve needed to remain at a healthy level. I’ve been saved!

Works really well for sleep issues. I consulted my doctor for the right dose to use because melatonin is a 'hormone' NOT a vitamin! I use Nature's Bounty beause they are a well known and reputable company.

This product is amazing!!! I've tried ALL of the different melatonin that dissolves and this one is the best, fastest, and most consitant potency one out there. It dissolves very fast, works very fast, you will not find a better product especially in that quantity and at that price. I highly recommend this to anyone who uses melatonin. No i wasn't paid to say this!

When used with 200 mg of magnesium chelate, it consistently puts me to sleep gently with no grogginess the next morning. Sometimes I stay asleep for 8 hours. Sometimes only 5 hours, but I get up to use the bathroom and usually fall back asleep easily, but not always. I've not used with any teas yet because I am satisfied with the results. I do get strange dreams from using Melatonin, but that is normal, common side effect. 3mg is the average dose for most people. Some say it is way too much and others not enough. Less than 3mg does not give me any effect. I am 300 lbs., 65 years old.

Have a nice flavor although I just swallow them. Everyone is different so you need too ask your doctor or pharmacist how much you should take to begin with. You can take too much and you will be woozy in the morning or all day

Taste not bad. Works quick. I like the small mg. Because I can control 1 for days I don’t need it as bad or 2 when I need extra.

You can take One or two to help you fall asleep and stay asleep with out feeling groggy in the morning.

Really helps after a few days of taking this. We all sleep well as young people, but the natural melatonin gets used up as we get older. A great way to support your natural supply that wears out.

I will never buy this again, it contains "SUCRALOSE" an artificial sweetener that causes cancer in mice. How dare they call themselves "Nature's Bounty" and dare to put a laboratory made genetically modified toxic sweetener known to cause cancer into their supplements?! KKR acquired majority control of Nature's Bounty in 2019, could that be the reason they are putting their profits above their customer's health? Assuming people who take Melatonin over harsh sleeping pills care about health, be aware this contains "sucralose" and research it's harmful effects, and look for a more reputable nongmo brand.
