Great price and quality DIM
I've been taking DIM supplement for about a year now, I take it for menopause. It helps a tiny bit with hot flashes, but it helps a lot with energy and brain function. This is the first time I buy Nature's Lab version, it works just as well as the others at a fraction of the cost. I will definitely keep buying this one.

Great for Premenopause
This supplement is great for keeping the hormonal imbalances in check during Pre menopause and full blown menopause. I was recommended to this from a friend who has a hysterectomy and it definitely works !!
