Best product for hair, skin %26 nails.
Other than the benefits of Niacinamide I just wished that the pills were smaller. Otherwise, I do see that it's working. My nails are stronger, my skin is smoother, as well as the strength of my hair.

Excellent Supplement
Great for low energy levels but it elevates energy a bit too much. The days I would take just 1 of these my mind would race.

Prescribed by Dermatologist
I was a outdoors type of person all my life: spent summertime on the beach as a youth, hiked and camped in high sierras, lots of bicycle riding, and had a 15 year carrier as a letter carrier. My skin had me going to the dermatologist to get precancerous cells frozen off, and I also had surgeries for basil cells. My dermatologist prescribed 500mg of niacinamide be taken twice daily. I've been using it for nearly a week now. The only negative reaction so far is that I suspect that I'm sleeping a lot lighter because of ingesting niacinamide. I plan to ask my dermatologist about it.
