[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just started my menopause journey. Since I started taking these I noticed less frequent hot flashes. The day I forgot to take it I noticed an increased frequency. I believe these make a difference!!

I am finally pain free!

Hot flash help
I have been taking this Black Cohosh together with Oona and my hot flashes, which were really bad and frequent, have stopped altogether. Not sure if it's this product or the Oona, since I'm taking both, but the results have been good. I'll have to experiment by discontinuing one or the other, but I don't want to mess with what's working!!

Great product for hot flashes!
Only requires one capsule to get the same effect as other brands requiring two. No melting and goes down easily. Great product. Helped with my hot flashes tremendously!

Potent!
I take one pill with breakfast and one with lunch every day. Taking this has majorly improved some female troubles I was experiencing. If you have tried a different brand of black cohosh with no results, try this one. It really makes a difference.
