NOW Selenium vitamins in capsule form
I have used several different vitamins from the NOW FOODS Company and they have all been good vitamins at a very good price.

I was advised to take this along with zinc and vitamin A in order to help metabolize my thyroid medication. I have been struggling with my weight, and I'm hoping this combination will assist my T3 and T4 levels.

Great stuff
Dr. Told me to take selenium for my thyroid, as I had no energy. I started taking it a few weeks ago, it gave me energy. I did notice, my basal temp. Was 97.4 prior to taking . Now my temp. Is 98.4, which is wonderful. I also have a lot more energy. I don't know that it raises temp. On everybody, but it did for me. I have been told, now brand is a very reliable brand, I agree!
