I've been taking Thyroid Energy for 3 weeks now. I have a normal functioning thyroid. I'm 47yrs old and perimenopausal. I was looking for ways to keep my cortisol levels steady without fluctuating. I had slim to no energy prior to taking Thyroid energy and other NOW supplements. After taking 2 capsules daily religiously for the first week I noticed a difference in my energy. It wasn't a drastic difference but I noticed I had a little extra pep in my step. As time went on I really noticed a change. I wasn't dragging and forcing myself to do housework or exercise. Now I'm walking/hiking 2-3 miles a day. I feel healthier and happier. Before the littlest thing would be a HUGE stressor for me. I can now handle stressful situations. I'm walking/hiking. I'm cleaning my house without feeling exhausted.

I've been taking them for about 4 months. I can tell a difference. It isn't a complete 180 but I do feel like I have more energy. I take one with breakfast and one with lunch. I am going to continue taking them.
