Exactly what was expected no complaints.
I always buy this brand. I take it with vinpocetin 5 and alpha lipoic acid 500, its for your brain. Works great for memory.
Use for neuropathy , helpe soon, use with other,cb oils and salved.
It should be two capsules 100mcg each. It's powerful, I'll just take it every other day.
cleared my head. most brain fog left
I absolutely love this supplement. After going through some traumatic experiences, I found that this supplement really helped my brain power. Helps me focus and retain information. I remember reading some people had some side effects, but I didn't experience any. I wish I knew about this a long time ago, I definitely recommend this supplement.
Keeps my mind clear and active. This brand seems to work great. Its mild compared to L-Dopa from Mucuna Pruriens but no crash and has a long half-life. By effects I mean cognition like wakefulness, concentration, memory etc I take this to help my cognitive symptoms and it works, it gives me a nice stable little boost. L-Dopa has stronger effects but it worsens anxiety, its also not practical due to crash and very short half-life. Huperzine A is one of the few supplements I can afford, good price. I take it in the morning as I find it stimulating.
you gotta let your body adapt to it. its not going to work right out the box you gotta give it time.just like every other vitamin or drug out there!!!.it works for me though cause i been on it for months
These capsules have neither the effects nor the side effects (a slight nausea) of Huperzine-A, with which I am very familiar with from other supplements. I took 2x200 mcg and felt absolutely nothing, so there is no Huperzine-A in these at all. The label creates the impression it contains pure Huperzine-A, which is white, but the capsules are filled with an unknown beige powder. In 3 out of 5 orders so far from Nutricost, the contents does not match the label - either doesn't contain the claimed ingredient, or they send me a different species of the herb, or a different type of extract. It seems this company does not know what they are selling, does not update their content labels, and doesn't test at all what they are selling.
This is a medication / supplement which I have not tried yet! It can only be evaluated after at least a week or ten days trial. This is the same case as any supplement! Therefore if others have the same problem you should be able to understand why it can not immediately be evaluated or reviewed! You need a real person in charge of these reviews!
