A super cute comfortable fitness mat! I do Pilates, flexibility routines and yoga at home. my workouts are usually 90 min - 2 hours long, especially if I do them at night and add some relaxing yin at the end by Yoga with Bird. It's so nice having a cushy mat to exercise on! I had a very cheap mat before, which works okay for 30/45 minute workouts but gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. I like this mat and based on the quality would be willing to try more workout equipment from Popsugar!

Excellent workout mat for any home gym. I use mine on hardwood floors and it makes working out much more comfortable. Best of all, this compliments the entire range of Pop Sugar workout products (which I also love). Nice thickness and cushion especially for lunges and jumps! Includes a convenient carry strap for storage and portability.

The mat is very comfortable to use. The ends curled a bit the first couple times I used it, but eventually flattened out. It's a very nice mat for the money I paid for it.

I love the thickness and quality of this mat. The item matches the picture. Both the color and design are as pictured. I needed some more padding for my knees for yoga and this mat does the trick.

I use this mat for my women's workout group, it's comfortable I usually get compliments on it. It's nice and thick and is comfortable when I'm using on a hard ground.

I am motivated by the diagrams on printed on pad, appreciate the contrast of colors for ease of stance to copy. Thickness/size is well suited for routine and rolls up nicely secured

The design is so pretty, I got it for myself to take to the gym or some home workouts(I'm a beginner). It's not too thick or heavy, but it is very long. I totally loved it and would recommend to anyone else. ✨

This yoga mat did not have any smell, which I really appreciated. My only complaint is that I would've liked to have had one that was a little bit thicker. And a choice of different colors. But I think it's a nice mat and I will use it.
