Easy to blow up, even though I thought it was already going to be. strong sturdy material Easy to use, perfect size for using to exercise my inner thighs while watching TV
everything I thought it would be, I love it.
Since I've been going to Physical Therapy after back surgery, I wanted to be able to do the exercises at home between PT visits. This exercise ball is the perfect addition to my home gym for doing my PT tasks.
I like the size and price. It is challenging to inflate. the thing they sent to inflate it didn't work. you have to blow it up like a balloon. But it works for my exercise routine.

Easy to blow up and works great
There were no inflating instructions at all. This is a small problem for seniors. However, I took it to my trusty auto mechanic and he inflating it for me in a very few minutes. It works perfectly, as it was designed to preform.
No instructions supplied. The ball came deflated with a straw and a plug. By the time you get the draw out after blowing it up and the plug inserted, it is halfway deflated.
