This isnt the first time Ive used this product: its supposed to make your body produce less cortisol. It truly works.... when I take this I am able to control my appetite better.

this vitamin was recommended by my doctor. I list my son, had 2 different kinds of surgery, and lost my dog. 2020 was not good to me. so I took one at bed and I did not get much sleep but my mind was clear I had energy the next day. so I took it with morning meds and wow did I feel better. I have slept better and got more done with a clear mind.

I bought this since my testosterone levels are really low and my doctor said he doesnt need to prescribe any since Im still young and we will wait to see if it rebounds on its own since I dont much need testosterone because Im a woman. Im breaking out so bad that Im willing to try anything right now on my own.

Affordable and easy to swallow. I took 2 during the evening consistently for a month. I did feel somewhat more relaxed after taking the supplement. However, there were no significant changes that would encourage me to continue usage. They were just OK.

Ordered 800mg capsules but we got 500mg capsules.

Tried this 2 times 2 weeks apart made me very sick to stomach both times. I purchased other kinds with no problems, I will not recommend this product to any of my friends "Spring Valley Thumbs Down" Made me so sick I am thinking of have a lab verify the ingredients !
