I would to say I have insomnia really bad and I was taking prescribed medication to help control my sleep disorder. However, in order for this medication to work you have to take for at least for 30 days to discover the effects of the over the counter medication and it’s great. these are not capsules - they are administered by mouth and they are not a orage flavor but are for vegans yes indeed - some do come in orange flavor which taste good as i like orange flavors - this makes my family sleep well - i have one family member over age 60 that takes medicine for heart and diabetes and it does help that person sleep well

I like the strawberry flavored ones but I also got the pline, I just let it dissolve underneath my tongue and keep it there as long as possible. they were recommended by a medical professional and in combination with my other medication. I definitely get some sleep

Bought these to help as a sleep aid. Haven't notice they help getting me to sleep, or reduce insomnia. I've no other use for them, so I'll deplete the supply, and not bother to purchase again. Might work better for others to help to get to sleep. No side effects (drowsiness, headaches, nausea, or dizziness) even after upping from the recommended dose of 1 capsule to taking 2.
