The kid melatonin is enough for me, as an adult, to help relax and drift off sooner. I like the taste and texture. My kids take it occasionally. They like it too. No weird dreams or anything. I recommend.

Sufficient for little ones - since they are 1 mg, adults will need to determine whether one or two is sufficient for elementary school children. Works and relaxes the children within a short period of time. Satisfied with this product, have purchased this item several times over a year.

Arrived just in time before school started i was able to get my kids on a sleeping schedule for back to school with the help of kids melatonin!! I RECOMMEND!!🤗

Very good but if you have hyper kid and nothing I mean nothing can make them sleep 2 gummy once every other day not every night because it lasts about two days So for example, if they're up during the day and they're getting their play out by the time, it's time to go to bed. They will be asleep.

They work better than name brands been using them for over a year , can't be the price tried others that did not work as well. That were namebrand and very expensive grandchild has no problem with taking them.

I have an extremely active neurodivergent kid who would stay up all night and day, but I’d get calls from school saying she is tired/sleepy and having trouble concentrating. After talking to her pediatrician to ask about what I can do to help her, it was discovered she was having trouble producing natural melatonin, so she recommended to try a melatonin supplement. So glad we did! We only take one and within 30 minutes she is ready for a good nights sleep. All kids deserve a good nights rest and there is nothing wrong with a little help if it’s needed. It’s not habit forming, it’s safe to use daily or intermittently. And this momma is happy she found her daughter some help to get rest.

My toddler was having a hard time calming down at the end of the night and was waking up from night terrors. When we started giving these to her, her sleep patterns improved dramatically and she started sleeping through the night again. She loves the flavor of them too!

My 2 and 3 year old will come in our room 4-5 times before finally falling asleep. I figured I would try this. Oh my gosh. Only use when I really have to but BOTH of them stay in their room if they have this 30 mins before bed. It's a LIFE SAVER. Only use a few times a week but those are the easiest days!!

One little gummy and an evening of quiet! My grandson sleeps well and doesn't need these, but my grandaughter will stay up all night if you let her! She's 2 1/2 and thinks mama has to be there with her, but, you turn the tv off and she'll throw a fit. I gave her one of these last night, bath time, then I laid her down and told her that mama would be there in a min.....I had just walked out of the bedroom door and she was out like a light! Will have to keep these as a staple now :)

My child wouldnt sleep until 3-4 a.m. Tried these and within 30 mins he’s out. I have to be careful though because if i make a noise, he will wake up and stay up. Overall though amazing! Helps regulate his sleep which helps regulate my sleep. And for the love of God people .. KEEP STUFF OUT OF REACH!!!!!
