Taste is tolerable, I take with a sip of juice after to wash down the subtle bitter vitamin after-taste. Better than other sublingual complex B I've tried. Too soon to know how well I'm absorbing it.

The price has gone up, but it's still affordable. And it seems to be of decent quality. I buy this regularly and have not had any problems.

Did I get a bad batch? This stuff tastes really nasty, but I really like Spring Valley's B12 sublingual liquid. I think they left the berry flavor out of the B Complex. It's also orange instead of purple. It's gross.
