I am so addicted to these wonderful tuna options. Who knew EVOO Tuna would be my go to for healthy pasta, salads and straight out of the can for my weekly "girl dinners"? The quality of the tuna is excellent. The cans often have an intact steak for such a great value. I highly recommended.

Great alternative to expensive Fishwife tuna!

Amelia May 7, 2026

I received a variety box of Fishwife tinned fish as a Christmas gift. My favorite item in the box was tuna with lemon and olive oil, and I thought that it could be a good item to keep on hand for a quick, protein packed lunch. I looked into ordering more of the tuna, but I couldn't justify paying $7/can. I ordered the StarKist brand to try as an alternative, and i absolutely love it. It's delicious straight out of the can, either on its own or with some sliced avocado and crackers. Kudos to StarKist for catching on to the “tinned fish” trend and offering an affordable alternative to the pricey cans sold by other companies.

Love this tuna!

Penny January 1, 2026

I prefer tuna with lemon dill in olive oil (as opposed to tuna in water) because it adds flavor and texture. It's delicious in any recipe, salad or sandwich!

Very good taste!! Taste great with just mayonnaise and black pepper. Adding finely diced onion, cucumber and sweet cubes makes it even better. A boiled egg can be added for extra protein.

Delicious Canned Tuna

Wende June 27, 2026

StarKist E.V.O.O. Solid Yellowfin/light Tuna in extra virgin olive oil and lemon is more expensive than tuna that has soy ingredients. Worth the difference. The cans are packed with delicious real tuna ( no soy )

tuna you will remember

aniello April 19, 2020

This is my favorite tuna right out of the can. some tuna, even represented as solid white, is something less. this is pretty solid and tastes great. it is comparable to niche brands costing $3-4 a can. the niche brand may be better-really can't spend $4/can, but at $1,64/can with a pop top,, tough to beat. not sure what happened to canned tuna fish but it has seriously declined in quality, especially the chunk light segment. never even knew this existed before seeing it on walmart.com, remembering fresh yellow fin, why not take a chance...
