ingested with water and non-acid drinks. I have tried it in my coffee works with the caffeine to get it working more. the texture is okay but it's still best for a 4 to 8 oz of the glass of water. whatever it was in the smaller side, it's not the best thing since I was able to get some icky taste. following directions are the best for taking it 😋

I have been taking this for a few months now. It is better than other magnesium products I have tried. I keep wondering if I am getting the full weight. The package states that there is settling involved, but it is only half full when I get it!

this product works great. but it taste slightly like baking soda.

The container was half empty when I opened it. Does have a horrible aftertaste. Does it work, I'm not sure fully yet I just started but so far so good.

There are Mag Glycinate powders out there for just a little more money that don't tastes like the socks forgotten at the bottom of a Jr. High gym locker. Buy those. Or buy this and be prepared to cover it with a bunch of flavors that ruin its cost savings and convenience.

Small scoop, easy to add to a drink, but unfortunately it tastes disgusting. I put it in a mug of tea and tried adding honey, 2 tbsp of sugar, and milk before giving up and pouring it out because trying to cover the taste of this powder was defeating the point of the tea.

It really does taste like sweaty socks. I thought I could mask it with decaf coffee and creamer... yuck! added more creamer... still extremely yuck! So not buy unless you do not have taste buds.

Completely unpalatable. Do not recommend mixing with water alone as suggested. I'll try it something else at some point.
