I take it everyday
This is a fantastic supplement to be taking for anyone looking to add longevity to their life. Some studies have suggested 500-2000mg of Taurine may slow the aging process, and 1500mg is the perfect amount per serving for that purpose. I take it everyday. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth trying.
Haven't used long enough to be sure of it's quality, but I do suggest trying Taurine for relaxation and this is an inexpensive way to do so at a dosage recommended for that purpose.
