Literally one of the best online purchases I've ever made! This is very big and the gel doesn't freeze hard as a rock like a lot of others do. I used it for at least 3 months 3x per day and it's still awesome. I had back surgery so I needed a larger size and this was the best!!
Size was adequate, price ok, delivery prompt.
product is well made
These packs are excellent for relaxing your sore muscles. I love to heat them up and fall asleep at night with the warm one. You microwave them for less than a minute and it is warm enough. Also they can be used as cold packs in the freezer good for soreness and injuries. They are a good size as well, large enough to drape over the shoulder or across the lower belly area for cramps. I highly recommend this product.
I love these hot/cold gel packs. They are large, about the size of a table placemat. They come in a two-pack and I keep one in the freezer so I always have one cold. They lay completely flat and are only ¼ of an inch thick so they don't take up a lot of room in the freezer. I keep the other one folded over in a closet in case I need a hot pack. I have had two back surgeries and have flare-ups with my lower back periodically. These packs are large enough to lay across my entire lower back. I use them for 20-30 minutes at a time. They are soft and smooth so they are comfortable to lean against or lie on. You don't need to put a towel between you and the pack. It won't stick to the skin or leave a burn. It is cold enough to use after about an hour in the freezer. The gel stays soft so it is easy to manipulate it into the position you need. It can even be folded if needed after it is frozen. The pack is easy to wipe or rinse off if it gets dirty. The cover is thicker so you don't have to worry about ripping it on something in a cabinet or freezer.
I love that this comes as a 2 pack. 1 to keep in the freezer and 1 for when I need heat. This arrived in perfect time, I recently had to throw away 2 hot/cold therapy packs -very old and coming apart. I love the size and weight of these, the weight puts more pressure on the spot & the size covers a large area. I have sore muscles in my neck and shoulders and I'm actually using the gel pack right now. I also have Sciatica nerve issues in my lower back & hip and cold therapy is really the only thing that helps when I have a flare up. I plan to place a velcro strap to the ice pack , so I can keep it in place while in motion. These will be used very often.
These TruHealth Reusable Gel Ice Packs are seriously a must have for any household! I can't tell you how many times I have had a headache or a kid has had an injury and we are forced to use the hard lunchbox ice packs or a frozen bag of peas because we didn't have something like this. These ice packs are seriously amazing for any need! They can be used to migraines, muscle aches, injuries, or soreness. These can also be used hot for things like period cramps. These pads can be frozen or microwaved for versatile use. These have reinforced seams and I'm hoping that means they will never leak! So far, no leaking so fingers crossed! One of my favorite things about these is that they are flexible! Normally, when we use an ice pack, it is basically like holding a frozen brick to your body and it isn't very comfortable. These ice packs are flexible and much more comfortable to use. The temperature also seems to stay cold/hot longer than other similar products. Overall, I'm extremely happy with these ice pack and they have become a must have for our household! I would definitely recommend this item to others who are considering it.
These reusable gel packs come in a really great size. They're perfect if you have a muscle strain on your back, your shoulders, your calves or your thighs. Because they're larger size they cover more area I can really help with swelling and pain. I love that these can either be put in the freezer, refrigerator or even heated in the microwave come in what's really great is the pad itself has instructions for how long you should microwave it right on the pad. These have a good weight to them if they're not super heavy. Because they can be heated they can be used as a temporary heating pad for your low back or shoulders if you needed it. The material on the outside is almost like canvas type material so it's sturdy and durable, and it will last a long time. If you are an active family like mine where we are constantly out doing things outside like hiking and the kids playing sports some of these are great to have for typical muscle sprains and strains or just when you overdo it and need a little TLC to your muscles. These are great quality and very durable. They seem like they would last very long time with proper care.
My wife had ACL surgery and this has been great. You're able to wrap it around your leg/arm, etc and it stays cold I'd say at least 30-44 minutes. Throw it in the freezer and it's ready to use again in just a couple hours! Would highly recommend, great to keep around for kids playing sports, etc.
Not a fan. These were packaged outstandingly! After reading the directions we put them in one of the freezers. The next morning they were frozen beyond common usage (stiff) unless partially defrosted. Then they became covered with moisture. These are imported so we are not sure if they are safe at any temperature. I would not suggest raising the temperature or make these "warm" in any way.
