I've only been taking the Vitamatic Hydrolyzed Keratin capsules for about three week and I can already see new hair growth. I was hoping for stronger and longer nail but see no change YET.

I haven't been taking this brand that long, but so far, it seems to be helping with hair and nail growth. I'll have to update after taking the product for a longer duration. The price is good for the quantity, and I would purchase this brand again.
