Good for healthy nails, hair, %26 skin. I tried buying this in the Walmart store but could not find it on the shelf. So, I ordered this on-line. Glad I did and in the future I won't waste my time looking for it in the store. On-line shopping is easier and more efficient.

Not sure who needs to hear this but BIOTIN works great on my hair and nails. I really have noticed a difference in my hair since I have been taking the biotin supplement it is much thicker and fuller feeling than before and my nails have always been strong but they do not split much since I have been using biotin. Try it and see for yourself.

I need to limit as much soybean as possible, my breast cancer was estrogen and progesterone driven. soybean is 1st cousin to estrogen, advised to decrease soybean as much as poss. The item they replaced with is encapsulated by soybean. the ones I ordered were a compressed powder pill, no soybean. My son will return the 2 replacements, ASAP

This will be the last time that I order biotin from Spring Valley because when I opened it, there was not 150 softgel pills in here I only got 20 so I'm missing 130 from the bottle, very disappointed.
