My daughter prefers this brand because they are a soft chewy as opposed to being a hard chewy. The flavor taste better than most and they're not powdery.
These gummies are very effective! They do what one expects a melatonin supplement to do, quickly and with no bother to the stomach. They are not over-sweet, only mildly, as a real berry would be and they are very easy to chew and swallow. They deserve a place in everybody's medicine/vitamin stores for dependability, safety and good flavor.
I am a repeat buyer of this brand. It definitely helps with sleep and I like the fact that it has an herbal mix along with melatonin. taste is fine though they are a bit chewy and difficult to break down. but they have helped greatly so the textural issues are minor
My 87 year old partner has been using these for years ....one at bedtime seems help him get to sleep....... could be psychological ....LOL....but WHATEVER works!
I normally don't like gummies, but the mouth-feel of these is very pleasant and they don't take forever to chew and swallow. The flavor is fresh and fruity without being tart. They're a pleasant treat to chew on before bed. I haven't taken them alone to help me sleep, so I'm not sure how well they work alone. I usually have a shot of vodka before bed to get me to sleep quick. I have noticed that when taken together (I take four gummies) I get to sleep faster and that I stay asleep longer and my sleep is more restful.
I bought these originally for my dogs to help get them through the New Year celebrations in my area. They thought they were treats and enjoyed them very much. These gummies contain maltitol, which is safe for dogs; unlike xylitol, which can be fatal for dogs. I have been using them now to get to sleep, which can be hard sometimes. I would definitely recommend these.
My children's pediatrician recommended Melatonin for my little ones because they have a hard time settling down for bed. These are like magic. My kids gradually doze off and stay asleep. I've even started taking them for my insomnia! Who knew an OTC supplement could work better than Benadryl or ambien! I refuse to buy another brand...... EVER.
I used to use dissolvable melatonin, which they are usually nasty tasting. I discovered these Vitafusion gummies about a year ago, they are a game changer. They are very tasty, sugar free, and fast acting. I love them! Would like some tropical flavors like coconut, pineapple ect..
Much like other melatonin, gummy products it is misleading with its 10 mg serving. it says 10mg on the bottle sure, but in reality there just 5mg doses. id rather have 50 at 10mg instead of 100 at 5mg but otherwise, works the same as most other melatonin gummies. though, they are more prone to clumping up so you have to shake the bottle a fair bit before opening.
Took 1 dose of this product for the first time ever. Woke up with a swollen, painful lip. As a registered nurse, I know that melatonin overdose can cause mouth, lip, or tongue swelling. I've taken 10mg of another gummie for about 2 years without any issues. I time this once and had an adverse reaction. There are many reviews about this product being unstable. I feel like this company is borderline negligent by not recalling this product.
