I love these and repeat buy these for my kids, they are fast dissolve and easily chewable. the citrus flavor is great too, not too strong but just enough and not tart either. kinda more like Orange flavored. kids will not eat other flavors you would think they would like, lol. my only complaint is they dont put enough of the cotton packing to keep them from crushing so there is sometimes alot of powder at the bottom. They also work within like 30-40 minutes, i give them to my kids at bed time and winthin the hour they fall asleep. definitely recommend.

Works well and tastes good. No water needed and it just dissolves quickly. Insomnia is becoming more frequent as I get older. Melatonin really helps me fall asleep quickly and helps the brain relax.

These work better than any other brand I have used, including the 10mg and 12mg. My only complaint is the "dust". Aside from that, I love these.

The tablets taste terrible. otherwise, the product would be great. I got this mainly for my grandson and he hates the taste and will not use this. I have tasted the priduct myself and I don't like the taste either.
