These chocolate laxatives are comparable to Ex-lax. I've purchased a regular strength and had the same experience that I did with the namebrand. They work very well and it does take about six hours or at least it did with me. The taste is very pleasant so make sure that you put them out of reach of children because they can be mistaken for chocolate candies they are very affordable and work as directed.
My favorite goto, isnt harsh and immediate 5min-2hr time before having to use the bathroom. Doesnt give cramps or discomfort, I take only one square. WAY better then the powder ones.
This is the only laxative that works for me. When I was younger my aunt used to give me milk of magnesia every Friday. But that taste is terrible. I just chew 2 of these and the next morning I have a easy bowel movement, nothing to exciting. And the taste is really great like chocolate. So I don't dread taking it because it tastes like a little candy.
It's not like eating a Hershey's or anything but it's not all that bad, either. I would suggest eating it with a full glass of water to get the best effect. It's reasonably price compared to other brands and, as far as I can tell, it works the same. I would definitely buy this again.
Helps my daughter go to the. Bathroom when she's unable to herself. Quick and easy and not too bad taste wise. I think they have a waxy taste to them but it's not bad
I mean, I know it sounds like you should do all the time but when you need to this stuff does the trick and you get it done quick
It's like have a piece of chocolate..but this chocolate gets things moving. It's a party in the front and a conga in the back!
I've used this before, so I know it does work - but today I received a delivery of a totally melted choclate laxative block! Like, I don't really feel the need to return the item because it only cost a couple of dollars and I rarely go to a store in person, but I'm not satisfied because I'm unsure how much I am actually taking at a time because I have to break off a part of the giant solid chocolate brick and say a prayer and hope for the best. I just hope I didn't take too much. It is indeed summer in Texas, but the shipment came into the cool house the moment it arrived, so clearly it was not stored properly at the store or in shipping process when it first arrived to the store. Very frustrating. I've bought similar choclate laxatives this hot time of year previously and they did not arrive melted, now I'm afraid to buy them again! I still gave 3 stars because the product itself works, but knocked off stars for poor quality/care of product during storage.
My issue is Walmart allowing buyers to buy out the large amounts that are ordered! I can not find this item anywhere, not even other brands in other stores of the 15mg sennacide chocolates. My son has chronic constipation and came out of surgery at the end of Aug. his Dr requires him to have 8 pieces daily which he will have to do for the next 3 years a high dosage. If he takes the tablets he will be required to swallow 14 pills to equal that dose in one shot, or drink 67ml in one shot daily if we can't find these chocolate laxatives. They are being bought and resold on Amazon, and eBay for outrageous mark up cause of social media trends. But those of us who actually need it cause medical conditions are being price gouged! I can't afford this craziness! Walmart please do better!
