Glutathione is the body's general or common, natural antioxidant defense from free radicals. I have found my general health to improve steadily with regular, sustained use. I feel much better than I did five months ago. I normally use about 1000 mg a day, split between morning and bedtime. Healthy Origins has the best quality of all the brands that I've tried.

i have lung problems and this helps reduce the inflamation. It helps alot.

Although I have not been able to discern any improvement related to using this product, the packaging is very high quality, which makes me think that the quality of the contents may be high quality also. I indicated that I would recommend this to a friend because if a friend needed this product, I believe this is from a reputable manufacturer. I cannot say anything in favor of or against the effectiveness of the product because I could not discern any difference & I have actually stopped taking it for a while to see if I can tell any difference.

I purchased this because it was on sale. I didn't notice any difference from the jarrow brand which is usually half the price. I'm not even sure if this oral glutathione does anything at all. There is some debate on whether this gets absorbed or not.

The bottle doesn't look the same as in the picture!!!
