The Lexus of lentils
I stood in awe when I removed these lentils from the package. Truly the best legumes I have ever seen. I was going to use them for some mujadara, but I couldn't bear the thought of wasting them in a single dish. I'm cooking each lentil individually and plan to enjoy them for years.
